A Retrospective

This was my first "real" attempt at putting something out. At this point in my life I was in a pretty deep depression, staying up late because it seemed like everyone who wasn't a parent or uninteresting was up when I was supposed to be asleep.

I had recently discovered Native Instruments' Massive, and along with that and other synthesizers I had been messing around trying to create songs that would portray how I felt when I was sleep deprived by choice, tired without reason, and an insomniac by trade.

I don't find it very interesting these days, and I don't care much for the poetry on the cover (I pointed it out just to say: don't read it), but I miss the days I didn't give a shit so much about being understood.
